These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at dixontreeservices.com and any services provided by Dixon Tree Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or entering into a service agreement with Dixon Tree Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our site or services.
Dixon Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Dixon, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. Services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the terms of any written estimate or service agreement.
We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion, including but not limited to jobs that present unsafe conditions, require permits that have not been obtained, or fall outside our service area.
All estimates provided by Dixon Tree Services are free and non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the assessment and are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed, if the scope of work is changed at the customer's request, or if unforeseen complications arise during the job.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be affected by changes in materials, fuel costs, or labor availability after the estimate period expires.
Service appointments are confirmed upon acceptance of a written estimate. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew mobilization costs, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a mutually convenient alternative date.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the written estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is less. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if your account is referred to collections.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and the work requested, including the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, and any other site hazards. Dixon Tree Services is not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or underground infrastructure. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits before work begins unless we have agreed in writing to assist with this process.
Please ensure the work area is clear of vehicles, furniture, people, and pets before our crew arrives. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we cannot be responsible for incidental damage to items left in the work zone.
Dixon Tree Services warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to address the concern.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control after the work is completed. We make no warranty regarding the future health or structural integrity of trees that were trimmed, pruned, or otherwise treated rather than removed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dixon Tree Services's total liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or property damage not directly caused by our crew during the service visit.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your property.

If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dixon, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
